I am Gunjan Chopra, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and founder of the Wholistic Weight Management Method. I support busy professionals achieve their happy weight through hormone balance and digestive support.

Through the consultations, we address each client as a unique nutritional need and through the support of whole foods, non-toxic lifestyle practices and supplementation where necessary we work together to achieve the health goals.

Gunjan is one the best nutritionists I’ve met so far. She is very professional, diligent and has tremendous knowledge in her field. I’m a fitness freak and working out for a very long time but I was not seeing the results I wanted. I spoke with Gunjan regarding my fitness journey. She went through my entire meal plan for a week and told me that I was not eating enough nutrients which my body needed. She developed the meal plan for me and trust me it was easy to follow and prepping time was not that much. After following the meal plan for just 3 weeks I could see the results.
